Terms of Use

These Terms govern your access to and use of this website and the academic programmes offered by Visionaries by Reena Rawal. Please read them carefully.

Last updated: 28 July 2026

1. About these Terms

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) constitute an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules thereunder, and are published in accordance with Rule 3(1)(a) of the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021. They do not require any physical or digital signature and are a binding agreement between you and Visionaries by Reena Rawal (“Visionaries”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

By accessing, browsing or otherwise using this website, or by submitting a consultation request, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

2. Nature of services

Visionaries provides curated, mentor-led Science and Chemistry preparation programmes for school students of CBSE, ICSE, Cambridge (IGCSE / Lower Secondary) and IB MYP curricula. The website functions as an information and enquiry surface. It is not a marketplace, an examination portal, or an official curriculum body, and does not represent any board, university or regulator.

3. Eligibility and parental consent

Because our programmes are designed primarily for minors, all consultation requests, enrolments and communications must be initiated and consented to by a parent or lawful guardian who is competent to contract under Indian law. By submitting information about a student, you confirm that you are the parent or lawful guardian of that student.

4. Enquiries, consultations and enrolment

Submission of the “Book a Parent Consultation” form is a request for information; it does not by itself create an enrolment or any obligation on either party. Enrolment into a programme is confirmed only through a separate written communication from our admissions team and payment of the applicable Programme Investment. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to accept or decline any enrolment.

5. Fees, refunds and cancellations

Programme Investment, payment schedule, batch structure and refund terms are communicated in writing at the time of enrolment and form part of the enrolment agreement between the parent and Visionaries. Unless expressly stated in that agreement, fees once paid are non-refundable and non-transferable. Any dispute regarding fees will be resolved in accordance with the enrolment agreement and these Terms.

6. Academic conduct

Students and parents are expected to engage with the programme honestly, attend scheduled sessions punctually, respect faculty and peers, and refrain from sharing study material, recordings or assessments with third parties. We may, at our discretion and after due notice, discontinue services to any student in cases of persistent academic dishonesty, disruptive conduct, or breach of these Terms. In such cases, refund entitlement, if any, will be governed by the enrolment agreement.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, images, illustrations, diagrams, logos, videos, downloadable notes, and the “Reena Rawal Method” framework — is owned by or licensed to Visionaries and is protected by the Copyright Act, 1957 and the Trade Marks Act, 1999. You may view and print content for personal, non-commercial reference. Any reproduction, republication, redistribution, adaptation, or commercial use without our prior written consent is prohibited.

8. Testimonials, results and photographs

Student names, school names, academic scores, photographs and video testimonials are published on this website only where the parent or lawful guardian has provided prior consent. Published results are historical academic outcomes of individual students and do not constitute a guarantee or forecast of results for any other student.

9. User submissions

Any content you submit through forms, email or other channels must be accurate, lawful, and free of content that is defamatory, obscene, hateful, infringing, or otherwise prohibited under Rule 3(1)(b) of the IT (Intermediary Guidelines) Rules, 2021. You retain ownership of content you submit; you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to use it strictly for the purposes of responding to and administering your request.

10. No professional advice; no guarantee of outcomes

Information on this website is provided for general academic guidance only. It is not, and should not be relied upon as, professional advice on career decisions, board selection, or examination strategy for any specific student. Any academic outcome depends on many factors outside our control, including the student’s effort, prior preparation, and examination conditions. Accordingly, we make no representation or warranty regarding future academic results.

11. Third-party links

The website may link to third-party sites (e.g. YouTube for embedded videos). We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of any third-party website or service.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Visionaries, its founders, faculty and personnel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the website. Our aggregate liability in respect of any programme shall not exceed the Programme Investment actually paid by you for that programme in the preceding twelve months.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Visionaries and its personnel from any claim, demand, loss or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the website, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

14. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the website or to any programme, without notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms or applicable law. Provisions relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnity and governing law will survive termination.

15. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to the parties’ obligation to attempt good-faith resolution and, where applicable, mediation, the competent courts in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms.

16. Grievance Officer

In accordance with the IT Act, 2000 and Rule 3(2) of the IT (Intermediary Guidelines) Rules, 2021:

Grievances will be acknowledged within 24 hours and resolved within 15 days of receipt, as required by law.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may amend these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the website after any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
